We listed our home with Tracy, and within a few short weeks, it was sold! She expertly helped us navigate the complicated process of listing our home, choosing the right selling price, and more. She was always respectful of our time and privacy, and would give us plenty of warning before showing our house. Because of her work in getting the word out about our house, we had a huge number of showings over a very short time frame, which resulted in the quick sale of our home. We ran into a snafu when trying to schedule the closing of our house, and Tracy worked tirelessly to get it taken care of and back on schedule. I can't recommend her enough!

My husband & I were moving from Illinois to Kentucky so an agent we knew got us in touch with Tracy. She and I had an immediate rapport and she scrambled to find us a large selection of houses to view in a very short timeframe. After looking at several houses she very quickly determined our likes and dislikes and eliminated the ones she didn't thing we'd like, thus not wasting our time. When we did find the house we wanted she made it happen at a price that can only be considered a steal. She experienced major problems with the title company our lender selected and the seller was ready to back out (unbeknownst to us), and was still having problems the day of close, but successfully got the title company to comply with the sellers demands. On a personal note she is absolutely charming to be around! Professional at all times but with a wonderful sense of humor and great personality – she is a breath of fresh air.

Tracy was the best real estate I've ever known! She was always there for us, missing her kids games to show us houses. We came from out of town to look for houses, so our time available to her was very limited. Then we came into a few snags when closing due to unknown liens, and she took care of every bit of it! Tracy Williams is top shelf — you won't find a better agent. Because of its location and condition, this rural home took longer than usual to find just the right buyer and to finalize the sale. Tracy was very diligent and stayed focused on the task until the deal was done. Given the difficulty of selling this out of the way rural fixer upper, I could not have asked for more from an agent.
